Driver Management

We have a stringent driver-hiring process that ensures only the best and most professional drivers are onboarded to fullfill your deliveries. Our UNIQUE 4-STEP DRIVER HIRING PROCESS and rewarding employee benefits guarantee that our drivers are not only qualified for their jobs, they are also highly committed to performing above expectations.

Interview of potential hire is conducted to collect basic info such as name, age, location, marital status, experience, etc., and record valid identification like Aadhar and Driver’s License.

Based on data analyses at level one, potential candi- dates are selected for level two interviews with a Supervisor.

A list of shortlisted candidates is sent to the Operations Manager, an experienced professional who conducts level three interviews to gauge candidates’ temperament, in addition to providing job briefing, tips to prepare for the position, grooming, etc. Police verification of selected candidates is also conducted at this stage.

A final assessment of selected candidates is conducted to check their affinity with driving electric vehicles, providing a one-week extensive training in EV driving, if required.
